I received my card back from Silver Springs, I'm in for free. Anyone made any hotel reservations yet? Gary
If I can get this new 7730 ECU in and working, we are planning to be there! No hotel reservations made yet, but I'm only about an hour south of there. You guys planning on staying over the night before, or after?
(P.S. Gary: I really want to see that Munson nose on your car! I'm thinking of either that one or the Amida 512 nose now ) ------------------

I'm number 508. "Missed it by that much!" Guess I'm gonna look for a room close to the park, in case we want to walk back for some reason. Postcard says the cars can't be moved until the park closes.
Edit - yes, I plan on staying both Friday and Saturday nights.

My "free" registration confirmation card arrive today. BTW, I mailed it on 17 June l(ess than 24 hours after the event was announced) and ended up as number 409. I will be staying at the Holiday Inn Express at Silver Springs which is supposed to be within walking distance.

I'm thinking if we want to park at the show as a group, we might have to drive in as a group. So we may need a meeting place that morning. I still have not made hotel reservations either. But then again i could be wrong about all this. lol Have a Great Day Gary

I didn't get a registration sent in time to get in free. Others might be in the same situation. Meeting beforehand and arriving as a group might be the best thing, but handling payment to get in might complicate things. I'll see if I can get an answer from the organizers on that and post it here. Hotel?? I'd be up for an overnight stay. Maybe we can select a place not too far away that has decent prices...

Got my room at Days Inn, the closest hotel. La Quinta is cheaper, but it's 9 miles away, and we wanted to be able to walk back during the show if we felt like it.
Going to try and drive up for the day, we wont be staying the night or showing a car but will try to stop by and say hello. 2 hour drive we will probably spend the day at the park and then spend the night in a cheep motel. 2 hours is a long drive, we may have to leave the Fiero home.
