Better ask about the condition of the box, what he says is not what you might get. A friend of mine got one from him back in Feb. and the box was beat to hell. NOT what was shown in the photo, that's the same photo too.

I had one of those when I was allot younger. It isn't remote control, has a wire from control box going to the car. Since I bought that car 1st then I am on my 3rd Fiero now if the battery operated one counts.

Just to clarify... Remote control means that it has a wire from the control to car...... Radio control means no wire from control to car... Just FYI....

Yep, you are correct on that a remote control car is wired vs a radio controlled car.

Believe me, if I had the time, I would gut that car and install real radio control gear.

Funny, he has 100% positive feedback. Why didn't your friend rate him accordingly if it was misrepresented?

We have the same one sitting at the shop. Its slow and not very fun... kind of like an auto duke.

For some reason I was thinking Mythbusters when I saw the title of this thread...

Damn guys, I wish that Fiero was bigger. I'm doing a monster R/C project on a 1/8 scale Iroc Camaro.. The goal is to be the one of the most realistic R/C cars ever built. I've been building for 2yrs now, still have a little ways to go.. Here is a pic of just the model, my project car has opening doors, fully carpeted/clothed interior, 4 stroke engine, solid rear axle- the works basically. Now if only I could do a Fiero haha.

I did this with a red one that New Bright used to sell. I used a decent quality Ford GT RC car (the Fiero guts are pretty cheaply made)

They are very detailed (especially in the interior)

Wouldnt take much work a servo for steering. custom battery. variable speed sensor for the motor and a reciever for the radio controls. Probably could be built in 1 day if all the parts are handy. i got 5 of those all the different colors with 2 in box. they cam in silver. white, and red.

On ebay I've noticed that some sellers 'automate' their rating of the buyer so if you give them negative feedback they automatically give you negative feed back. I try to avoid those sellers but if I have to deal with them I don't give them any feedback. That way my rating does not get screwed up by some jerkweed.
