The 60mm Hella low beam projector unit is the bomb.
It uses a 9005 bulb that has a higher lumen output than the H4 bulb found in the Hella 90mm modules.
I had assumed wrongly that 60mm vs. 90mm meant smaller.
Boy was I wrong.
The lens in a 60mm module is actually 60mm.
The lens in 90mm module is more like 40-45mm.
Bigger lens, longer focal length, bigger reflector
The whole unit is only 30mm shorter than the 90
These are going in my car as soon as ABS parts come back from the laserhttp://projectorretrofit.com/
