Without question the greatest invention in the history of mankind is beer. Oh I grant you that the wheel was also a fine invention but the wheel does not go nearly as well with pizza. -- Dave Barry

I posted a similar question on an NSX forum after noticing that the majority of NSX drivers look to be in their seventies. The results were meaningless because the older crowd in not active on the internet. Further, like me, most of the people on that forum don’t own or drive NSXs. A similar effect will be reflected here. The results will indicate member ages more that owner ages. I have twice seen a silver haired guy driving a silver GT and I have a neighbor with an LS1 powered GT about my age who is not on the forum. I see a younger guy in town with a purple notchie, and a couple of others but see none on this forum from Baton Rouge other than me. The point is that as many members as we have here, we may well by far be the minority of Fiero owners. I am probably fairly typical of my age group. I wanted a Fiero in my youth, but the cost the car plus the cost of insurance would have killed me. Then you have kids and the minivans. My oldest has moved out. My youngest is a teenager and I love my Fiero.
