ok im not sure if SE is the right model...but its the notchie thatdid not come with the bumper pads or the full aero package like the gts have.

anyway. does anyone have some very detail comparison pictures? I don't have a se nose to compare it to. I am hoping to just make some lsight adjustments to me se model's nose and turn it into a bumper pad vs making one from scratch. ty.

1985 SE standard coupe body, bumper pad bumpers front and rear. V-6 as an option I believe.

I think in 84/85 the se's were bumper pads and in 86 when the fastback was introduced the 85 gt style became the se.

"Slight adjustment" won't work.

Bumperpad noses and tails are easily found in the wrecking yards.

Be sure to get the air ducting, crush panels and the steel bumpers that bolt to the spaceframe.

I think the bumper pads were only on the 84 and 85 and I think the 86 to 88 coupe’s are the same as the Formula or they are very close to one another. That least as far as I know witch is not much

Those are usually called the Formula-style bumpers. They were used on 87 Coupe and Sport Coupes, and 88 Coupes and Formulas.

87-88 base model (and 88 formula). No SE ever had this body style.

84-85 SE - bumper pad
86-87 SE - aero notchie
88 - no SE model

86 model year did have a bumper pads on the base and sport coupe models only. Not on SE though.

Supposedly the fastest factory fiero also. Lightest weight with higher rated V6 (140hp for 85-86 vs 135hp for 87-88). My first fiero.
