The F40 replica right?? I wonder if someone sold that to a top business exec as a real one?

Six figures for a Fiero? It could have happened.

Here's the link to the second page.

Sorta spookie how that crossfire and fiero (F-40 replica) got over there. Sad to also see a Delorean there too.

The Delorean was sold in the US (US market). The real issue that it was built in Ireland was so DMC could get money from the british government and create jobs over there. I heard that maybe a handful of DMC-12 may have been sold in Europe, but 99% were sold in the US. Funny to see it getting a "sand-blasting" in the desert.

Anyways, I hate to see all those sports / luxury cars just sitting in those dusty towns doing squat...

While the article may be true, the F-40 replica doesn't belong in that group.

I was sent pics of the F-40 anout 4 years ago with an inquiry about fixing it.

4 years ago all was good in Dubai.

Archie

edited to add...... when I did get those pics, the car was parked in the same place & in the same condition as it is now.

I'm not surprised. I think I've seen the pictures before - just can't remember where.

I'll give $55.00 for the dark blue F360 if they ship it to me.

Nobody is sending any legit Ferraris, or any Bentleys or such, to the crushers, unles the car has been totalled by crash or arson. Those Mercedes and Porsches aren't coming to the U.S., but one day they'll be sold as used cars.
