Title pretty much says it.

After replacing the stock springs with lowering springs, how much time should I allow before having it aligned? With the Eibach 1 inch drops, is it unsafe to drive before having it aligned?

A related question... While waiting for the springs to settle, is it worthwhile at least doing a temporary toe-in adjustment? And if so, any advice on how to line the wheels up?

I would think you would need a least a little alignment.
I don`t know about a Fiero, but I dropped a Honda Accord I had about 1-1/4" and didn`t get it aligned
until about 3 weeks later and it had about worn the front tires out on one side.

When I did my suspension, I drove it in for the alignment the next day. They aligned everything and I drove it.
I had them check it 6 months later and there was no change. Just driving it a couple of times around the block should seat the suspension.
