Im wondering what the standard headlight size is on the fiero, i got 7x5 is that right? Im trying to find a different headlight to put in there besides the rx7 halo projecters.

The factory headlight part number is H6054, and is commonly called 7x6", but some places also call it 7x5". Really it's more like 6.75" x 5.5" or so.

Alright so i can probably hit ebay, i was wanting the black projecters and trying to do a sleepy eye with it somehow. I dont know if i do the sleepy eye on that if it will cut the beam or not. Im guessing ill have to custom make a harness for it which isnt to bad though.

Depending on what you're up to spend, Synthesis/F1F's slim buckets for 90mm Hellas are badass. You're looking at about $200 for the buckets and another $200 for the lights. Don't skip on HID--you can get a cheap 6000k kit on ebay for barely $50.
