was going to say "ugliest" but i didnt want to offend anyone, and the "ugliness" is all in the eye of the beholder, whereas being gaudy is usually agreed upon widely.

so, i would like to see pictures of the gaudiest fieros everyone can find. ive seen some pretty gaudy ones lol...including a purple lowrider with a starwars mural on the hood..

ill start by posting pics from CL. probably wont be up for long tho, as CL ads tend to disappear rapidly

The yellow one would be great if not for all the non-functional/unattractive scoops they threw on it... it had potential.

my dad knows plenty, and is oddly eager to help, but doesnt know enough. the people i know with the most knowledge are hardcore tuners....who i do NOT want to give me input on my car lol. my buddy who helped me with my plugs owns a 93 Accord and is slowly suping (sp?) it up with intake, turbo, exhaust, etc..... so, im stuck with no money to pay a shop to do the work, and not enough knowledge to do it myself (yet) lol.

cmon more gaudy cars lol. (hint, a quick cardomain.com search would help your search). but remember, Fieros only

I feel your pain. I hangout with a bunch of tuner kids who know nothing about cars exctept for turn the key and drive it. For instance my one friend buys a 240SX with some kinds SR20 turbo motor in it. The motor is shot because the PO put the wrong oil filter on and it fell off while driving. He buys it and i had him push me in it down a hill and bump started his car. I got the cylinders free so he goes and buys a starter. "im going to try to put the starter in from under the hood insted of under the car ya good luck with that one. And the real screwed up thing is i offer my help for free.

lol, yea my car enthusiast friends are the same...not quite as bad tho lol. my buddy with the Accord thinks he knows everything about cars tho...his ignorance isnt helped by the fact his mom owns an auto parts store lol. he knows enough to give me a hand, and keeps changing his mind on whether or not he likes Fieros. sometimes he likes them, sometimes he despised them...never admitting to the previously help opinion lol....crazy tuners :P. cant wait till my car is complete...hugely powerful v8 (not the 4.9 ill prolly get soon) and will be automatic (kuz im LAZY lol). easily beat most tuners in my city, and no doubt all my friends cars. sure to piss them off (before im flamed, my plans are not for the purpose of racing. in the end, it will be a show-worthy daily DRIVER, not RACER)

Those CB7 (accord) owenrs are funny I had a 90 accord that i thought was the fastest thing in the world up until my firebird came along. I have this one friend who had a 92 accord that swears his car was faster than my firebird. Back in my days of going to the philly street races we decided to test this one night. He got spanked misrabley and still clamed it was faster...... Geuss its a honduah thing.

Ahhhh, I didn't see that you had mentioned the lowrider. It's called "The Sith":

http://www.lowridermagazine...iac_fiero/index.html

Actually the guys that built it are very talented. It's just the style that's, well, just not me. But hey, if it keeps one more Fiero away from the crusher that's good enough.

i totally agree. great WORK, "odd" style lol. the berret jackson auctions sell a lot of totally custom vehicles that are NASTY looking, and go for 1/10th of their actual worth, simply because nobody but the creator likes the specific theme or style

Not going to start rambling about the dozen or so Fierocycles running around so I'll go to this:

Cheesy flames, interior is tacky. The fact that it WAS and Indy does not help.

The yellow one ain't to bad, except the front end is just horriable. It would look OK with a few changes (mostly a normal front end with Corvette C6 headlights)

This is a Fiero enthusiast forum. Why does everyone like to "hate" on others? So? It isn't your taste, or majority taste... The only thing that matters is the owners taste. At least they spent time/money into passion for their Fiero. I try not to judge, despite my opinion, and support fellow Fiero owners to create what THEY want to do with it. Most keep Fiero's stock, and others view them as a canvas for their own inspiration. Why is there a need to put them or their Fiero's down simply because you would feel ashamed/embarassed to be behind their wheel? The fact is that you aren't, and should let it rest at that. I don't mean to attack anyone, but a Fiero is a Fiero (which we should support). Sharing poor opinions for conversation is a debate, and merits some value. Calling insults isn't necessary, IMHO.

You should read thru this thread carefully... few people, if any, are hating. We are just stating our own opinions. Some people like gaudy. It doesn't automatically mean bad. And blindly supporting a car simply because its a fiero is a whole nother problem with your statement.

No more preachy bull lol, more cars plzzz xP lol. That last greenish one reminds me of a pinto :P
