I did one flat black years ago. Pictures are all over and I did a complete thread on chopping a Fiero with it, I called it the Mutt. You might be talking about the car called the Dirty Rat it was flat black if I remember correct.

A lot of guys in the street fighter world like to 'murder out' their bikes. It is really difficult to make it really look good. More often than not it just looks like someone had an unfinished car they took a rattle can to.

Yea, there was a build thread, I think there are like 13 build threads or something,<---- BIg hint. and lots and lots of pictures. I'll give you a hint, he lives in Arizona, and I can fit my old cell phone in the lip of his back rim.

I liked it better flat black, but I am not a red person. Still a sharp car though.

I love that car, it'll pin you to the seat.

Ah that explains all the kids on the CobaltSS forum that paint their wheels with rattle-can flat black. Trouble is, next time they post pics there are about 30 spots on each wheel where its peeling or scratched.

Chuck is motorTV, probably one of the most talented guys on the forum, he can pretty much do it all.

Chuck also has this bad**s red widebody notchback (below), in addition to the now red widebody choptop GT mentioned above.

A college student racing ONE race for $5000? I have been into high dollar street racing for quite awhile and I have never seen a race for half that... Let alone with a fiero.

I guess by some of the definitions, this isn't technically "murdered out" (what a silly term) because it has gold wheels, but I think they look much better than black.
This is my old '86 GT that someone else built, dubbed "Deathtrap" by me, except I swapped on the '88 gold lace wheels. Glad to be rid of it, it looks much better in these pics than in person.

No offense to anyone's personal taste, but I think the Archie chops look utterly stupid, like a roof fell on them or something, totally disproportionate and pancaked. JMHO. The only one I like is Car-Lo's custom chop.

No offense should be taken...some people like steak and others like liver...some don't eat meat at all! Your tastes are yours and others like them...thats the great thing about Fieros, talent, and tastes...you can look at someone work and say "not my tatse but I can recognize the talent."
