Ok i know this is a noob question. I searched but didnt find anything. The car has a 5spd shift panel in it. But it has the 4 spd in the car. I know R is all the way to the left and up I believe. I'm sure I could figure out the pattern. But i was just curious before I messed around in the morning. Also where can I get a 4spd sticker to replace the 5spd one?

Go to Stickers. Then Console Shift Stickers.

Should answer both your questions.

Shift pattern is 1 over 2, then to the right 3 over 4. Reverse is to the extreme left and up.

R - 1 - 3
__- 2 - 4

There is no such thing as a gate shifter for a fiero I have a few posts on design. What you have and everyone else is a replica. The reason there is no such thing is because of the the gearbox it cant be made into a true gate because the gearbox actually moves. Automatics look the best because they are fixed and can be made to look real. Manuals need a bit of play you also dont want to slam into the gate when trying to shift so the gate is actually made around the shifter plate. If your looking to sell it pm me as i maybe interested.

I'm sorry, but what the H E double hockey sticks are you talking about? That has to do with this thread anyway....
