Ya'll missed a great run today! ~90 miles round trip with some amazing scenery. Only 16 motorcycles and 1 Fiero (me). And my Fiero in as bad a shape as it is in, got more attention than the best dressed Harley, and more than one comment was made about having more there. There was also A LOT of reminiscing about the good ole days "back when I had one" or "when my buddy had one". It was a great ride and between donations, registrations, and raffles over $700 was raised. We had a police escort out of Martinsville, through Morgantown and Nashville, as well as an escort back into town when we got back.

The lady this run was all about was feeling well enough to come out to where we were at when we got back, and although having been through her own personal hell, and still has a long road to complete recovery in front of her, looks like she is doing well, and is in high spirits.

Pics were taken and as soon as I get them on my computer I will post a few here.

Sorry the Capital City Fieros were not able to make it down. It was certainly for a good cause and I for one would have loved re-driving the roads in the area. Unfortunately, had a customer's project arrive at the shop Saturday night, and needed to get home to begin work.
