Jon Laglers day job and other interests are probably taking precedence over his part time Fiero activities. Waiting for a parts shipment since April though is unacceptable and I would agree that you do deserve an answer. Jon has generally enjoyed a good reputation and has many pleased customers. I doubt if he is trying to rip anyone off. I trust that he will deliver. Usually posts like this get action so let's hope for the best.

Fiero Jon? He was at the GM Nationals. Have you tried calling him on the phone? I think his number is on the vendor list, if not I have his card somewhere.
I got a chip programmed from him recently. It was less than a seven day turn around. He was answering emails regularly in May but I haven't tried to contact him since then. I'm sure he'll get it out to you.

From what I was told, he sold off all his Fiero's and is getting out of the hobby...How true this info is, I don't know, but it could explain things...Just what I've heard...
I've been trying to get ahold of him for a few weeks now myself, and if worse comes to worse I think I have his cell number (not sure where though). I need a 4.9 engine mount, PROM chip, and a few other parts....

I got all the stuff to do his 12" brake upgrade and he stopped selling before I got the brackets. I tried to buy them but he said he had noone to make them. I was hoping to get the deminsions from him but he will not email me back. Bummer, he is a good guy and sold quality stuff. He helped me out of a jam with a 4.9 chip after someone else screwed it up. I have thought of getting out of it. I them just too much...later Dustin

The story is that he sent the parts but the were returned to him before they reach my home (I never knew why). He is supposed to have sent them again somewhere aroud June 10th. He wrote me he will check with the postoffice on July 7th , but no news since then.

that sucks dude ...the reality of it is a lot of good people are getting behind on bills, losing houses ,cars ,income etc .its tough all over ,one mistake and you cant make it up quick and a lot of things are beyond the control of the people they order from too, vendors of parts needed are out of business too and you wont know until you dont get your shipment on time or they laid off most of their help etc, some peope just have life changing events too that they cant overcome
i have been ripped off twice recently ,one for 208.00 and one for 175.00 from people who had good feedback and people liked them, with no hint of trouble until it was too late hang in there ,i hope it gets worked out before its too late
I talekd to him a few months back about coil overs. He told me he had none to sell and he was selling off the remaining items on ebay and was getting out of the fiero buss.

I've been in this hobby for 12 years and I've seen many come and go. There were many "overnite sensations" that built something really good then disappeared; Steve Ham, Ron Meyers, PBJ, Joe Wynman, Bob Schlag, Keith Gerhard, Rick Stewart, Walt Zettner, Steven Vincent and Ed Williams just to name just a few. Now it looks as if Jon Lagler is pulling out of the hobby as well. Point is that in any hobby, people will come and people will go. Just goes to show that nothing is forever.
