TV commercial with Fiero 87GT

I happen to know this guy pretty well. He had got this 87GT from me. I then later picked up all the body parts and doors he removed from the car. He had told me he was using it as a camera car as he called it. About 1 year later, I had to go over to his shop and I saw the completed platform of a Fiero converted to a camera chase car. Jeff had also got into racing the Craftsman truck series and had a couple of race trucks there.
The commercial is shot off my LCD TV, so it has some color lines in it. The commercial was during the Chicago Nationwide race on ESPN last night.
