they both look like they might havwe been decent condition the 85 still has nice shiney wheels that the clear coat looks good still aswell as the paint on both cars wonder how the driver ended up in the 85?
the red car is a good example of the hood doing what its sposed to in a crash, VS slicing thru the windshield

Sadly, I have wrecked a Fiero before. An 87 coupe, which wasn't even mine. A number of years back I was doing some work on my daily driver during the winter, and borrowed my dad's 4 cyl Fiero to make a parts run (my Fiero was up for the winter). Well, an idiot driver spun out in the lane next to me on the highway and slid in front of me. I nailed the brakes, but nailed him too. The Fiero survived, and was repaired, but never the same. However, the story ended well. The 87 was repairable, and the person who spun out admitted all to his insurance who then paid to total out the 87 Fiero coupe... and the proceeds ended up paying for a "new" 85 SE V6... a definate upgrade to that 87. Oh, and the 87 lived too, and got passed down to my cousin.

Well, here's my contribution.....it's minor, but it was totaled. I think I read somewhere on here that the person in the silver 85 GT walked away with some broken bones and that was it.....if it's the same car.

I forgot about this thread, but here is a copy of my post from my other thread.
I bought this 1988 Formula in 2002. Back in 1991 the owners daughter was driving it down the freeway and had a seizure and rolled it end over end and side over side. She wasn't wearing her seat belt and amazingly walked away with only minor bumps and scratches. Her dad had the car towed back home and put it in his garage and kept it covered for 11 years. I bought it 2002 with only 41k miles on it. It was a great source of parts, and much of this car still lives on today in other cars.
Just thought you guys would enjoy the story and the photo.
