I have had excellent luck with the Fiero Store Sprint manifolds. Mine lasted 7 years without a problem. I sold them with the engine (when I did the V-8 swap 4 years ago) and as far as I know they are still on the engine and working well.

West Coast Fiero makes "shorty's" that work with the stock exhaust.

West Coast Fiero and Tureleo make performance headers (Manifolds with a better cross-over)

I have the truleo headers with the 2.5 inch crossover pipe. The egr is sometimes a problem getting it to line up. I just deleted it as its an ugly little cuss anyway.

Torch-Red87, I've had excellent luck with my Sprint headers as well (part number 95727 from The Fiero Store, accessible via this link: http://www.fierostore.com ).

Be aware, if you aren't already, that aside from their restrictive exhaust flow, the stock Fiero exhaust manifolds have developed a reputation for eventually cracking. In contrast, the "Sprints" seem to last forever, and they already come ceramic coated, which probably can only help in terms of engine heat management.

In fairness, however, if unlike the Sprints, the exhaust headers you are considering don't already come ceramic-coated, any new exhaust header can be ceramic coated without a problem (and regardless, likely will flow better than will the stock exhaust manifolds).

Aside from its beneficial heat management properties, ceramic coating also helps greatly to forestall or even eliminate exhaust header corrosion.

Good luck with your project, Torch-Red87!
