And Dave, thank you for the kind words, we are scheduling to hopefully go to Mikes place this coming weekend to do some tests and tweaking to get the kit to work the way it should. And beings you are a customer with the older version of the kit, once we have a product everyone is happy with, you will be the first to know, and we will get the new kit on. We are going to try and get these kits fixed in a timely fashion, so I will keep you updated on the progress.
Cool! You've got my name coordinates - so use em when you're ready.
First off Jarid, the comment about the donation, not needed. Notice I said when we had the money we would be more than happy to make a donation. We are just getting back on our feet and are trying to get everything from before taken care of, and that means the MX-3 Kits out and that finished with. The PM I sent should not have been blank, I apologize if it was, What it should have contained was my email. I will post it here so there is no confusion.
Email : Inform@xtreme-doors.com
Secondly, its 3 Kits, and 10 sets of struts and we are working to get these out. I wont get into the specifics of the MX-3 Group buy here as this is not the place. But PM or email me at the above email address so we can get this finally finished. We are pushing to have the kits out long before your trip to Ontario, however if not, we will definitely work something out.
QUOTE] The comment was needed. What I should have said was I would pay the other 250. Don't try and make me out to the be the bad guy here. I see everyone on this board is happy because progress is being made on their board. The MX3 buy was started before the Fiero hinges and we still have zero members with a working kit to put on their car (missing struts). Progress on our stuff has been at a standstill since December. The PM wasnt blank. It did show an email address. I was looking for replies to all the emails and PMs I have sent to you. Ive emailed you roughly three times a week with no response...and used the email address you posted here a few times as well. If THIS board is not the place PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE update us on OUR board and give THEM the specifics. Ive asked you numerous times to ship me all the parts for the US members to help save in shipping and I would ship everything out at my own expense. Xtreme hasnt posted anything on our board since July 07. Could you at least tell them whats going on.

Was not trying to make you out to be the bad guy, was simply saying that the comment was not needed. As for the MX-3 Group buy, progress stopped on those kits because it took soo long for all the payments to come in that we ended up losing money, and a lot of it. Because payments were late, we were not able to pay suppliers on time, and had to use money that was set aside for shipping to pay for the parts. Can't ship any kits without the parts and can't ship the kits when the money is not there. Also, money was lost when we had to ship a kit here and a kit there, instead of all the kits going out at the same time, we lost our discount because of that. As for the MX-3 group buy being started before the fiero hinges, that is correct, but how long did it take for us to get all the payments in and how many times were we promised everyone was ready to pay? We were not about to keep shipping kits out when people that were suppose to pay disappear.
We having been working to get the money to ship the kits, and I will post on the MX-3 forum letting everyone know what exactly is going on, and how we got to this point. I am pretty sure everyone knows the specifics on this disaster of a group buy, so please, lets correspond through email and the MX-3 Forum.
Thanks, Chris and Kyle Wesley Xtreme-Doors

Just wanted to update everyone. We have finished making the necessary design changes to the kit and the files are now being sent to our suppliers to have the parts made. We are hoping to have all of the parts by this weekend and a fully functional kit ready for testing the following weekend. But again, we will update everyone once we have a better idea of the time frame.
Thanks again for the support and we will keep everyone updated.

Just to let you (and everybody else) know, "busy season" for me is starting again, forcing me to work some weekends---so if things with mounting, testing and pics and the video and whatever seem to get a little slow, its my fault.
