Instead of lying on a beach working on my tan, I spent 2.5 months doing body and interior modifications.

(1) 355 nose (had to be extensively reworked to make it fit right!)
(2) IROC spoiler & ground effects
(3) Trans Am front fender vents
(4) Reworked Stage 3 vents (Aus' 1st set!) blended into ground effects
(5) Custom rear bumper vents
(6) Deleted body seam between top and rear clip
(7) Reworked rear bumper (deleted reflectors, body seam and exhaust openings)
(8) Deleted 'PONTIAC" from headlight cover
(9) Power Cadillac Catera leather seats
(10) Fresh paint job (my first time!)

New wheels, window tint and probably a 3800SC coming this winter!

Excellent work! The rear bumper vents compliment the Aus side scoops nicely!!

Nice work! I got a question about the Cadillac Catera seats you used. They look good, do they sit about the same height, they look higher, but maybe i am wrong. How did you wire them up since they are power? You do nice work.

CLIFFW:

The console is from a Dodge Caravan. I got the idea from Bill Osmer a couple of years ago but just got around to perfecting it. The light switches are from the Fiero overhead console as is the "Performance sound" switch. You'll have to take a little sheet plastic to mate the sides to the Fiero roofline and recover the console to match but it's not a difficult mod. Once you get the console wired the way you want, just splice the wiring into the Fiero dome light wires and you're done. I used the existing mounting holes provided for the Fiero console and the 3rd brake light cover.

ZMCDONAL:

You're right...the seat tracks themselves had to be removed to lower the assembly and the side air bags have to go. I've survived without air bags in the car thus far anyway! The lumbar and recline functions remain intact. I used some sheet metal to fabricate mounts for the stock Fiero tracks and used an aftermarket power window switch to activate the recline function (it's mounted in the lighter plate.) The heater functions are still intact but I haven't decided where I want to mount the controls so they aren't hooked up yet. One thing about the seats..they're about as wide as the Fiero will allow. It's a tight fit but can be done. I used the Catera seats instead of recovering the Fiero ones because I wanted a different look. Also, the Caddy seats are IMHO a hell of a lot more comfortable on long trips. I drive into Chicago at least once a week and have no complaints with them.

I'll try to borrow a better camera and take some additional pictures.

Outstanding Doni !

Wow you did a lot of different things in 2.5 months ! The car looks fantastic.

Eventually get some new rims and you have a total winner there.
