If the Power Tour gets nearby, it is one interesting group of cars, and well worth a look-see as a visitor. They are a lot of driving and in 2008 the route starts in Little Rock, Arkansas and will end in Madison, Wisconsin.

1949 Packard with a new drive train.


An LS2 with some high HP output



Drag races in Memphis. The old Plymouth wagon would do the quarter mile in 13 secs.


1961 Nash Metropolitan with a 572 Chevy engine


"Rocket Car powered by a modified 455 Toronado engine..a long hauler driven from Cleveland to Little Rock.


52 Chevy pickup with the natural look.

I remember the rocket car...used to be a ride a Euclid Beach amusement park in Cleveland......
