I know of a 3800 complete from SC to oil pan except the coil pack. 68,000 miles. He also has the wiring harness but no pcm. It came out of a 1994 bonneville. He said he paid 700 for it but he told me to make him an offer. What do you guys think its worth??

Local Pick n Pull sells complete engines for $179 with PCM and all attachments. If it runns and the compression is good, I would go to $500 just because you had a chance to hear it run. Otherwise $250

I price a 3800sc stage 2 up here two years ago. The salvage yards wanted on average $1300.oo for a engine $600.oo for a transmission (auto) $100.oo for the computer and another $100.oo for the wiring harness. That was some of the reasons I went with the caddy engine and carb.

I picked up a 98 GTP w/ ~60,000K L67, 4t65e-hd, PCM, and complete harness (plus basically the whole front of the car) for $700 local p/u

deals are out there just need to be patient
