Ok, I am tired of having the shops not want to work on the car or even look at it for whatever reason.

Is there anyone who can even look at it for me? I can drive it to you if that helps any.

I just need a few things done and would gladly pay someone on here to do them.

1. Possibly replace rear left CV Half shaft. I don't know that it needs to be replaced, but there is a sound coming from that area and it has been heavily duct taped ever since I bought the car. The car drives fine, but the sound is making me worry. If someone can come and test drive it that would be really appreciated.

2. Engine and Trans mounts. Again the car drives fine, and shifts fine (its an auto), however when you initially put it in drive there is a slight bump.

3. replace vacuum line or atleast get the one that is there to stay connected. Here is a pic I found that shows the line I am talking about

4. Install starter wrap that I already have.

5. Adjust E-brake, because everytime I take it off, it waits about 5 seconds then clicks and the light goes on (the break isn't one, but the light is)

thanks

"what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul"

Always start off with a gentlemans handshake!!

Try your local Pontiac dealer? They may frown on you supplying your own parts.
Also ask them how long its been since they had a Fiero in their shop. If its been a real long time that means the Fieros are reliable. If its more routine than the mechanics know how to work on them.
May help to leave your P22 manual on the front seat.
Be sure to tell them you dont want $crewed.

Spoon, I think I may go to a dealership just to see what they say. If they ask me "what kind of car is that?" then I may run someone over. LOL

Scurvy, Funny you should mention FieroJon. I just got off the phone with him an hour or so ago and will probably go there. He has worked on my cars before and I think he is a really good mechanic and a great guy too. He is 100 miles away, but well there doesn't seem to be anyone close by.

I have a buddy in South Jersey whao is not afraid of Fieros, he has helped me work on mine many times. He has got one of the best set of hands I have ever seen, and he does alot of my custom work on my Classics too. Let me know if you need him, and I will hook you two up.
