What is the difference between the Fiero Indy Pace Car and the Fiero Pace Car for the 62nd Predator Pikes Peak Auto Hill Climb that took place on July 7, 1984?

The press release for the Pikes Peak Pace Car reads almost identical to the press release for the Indy Pace Car.

Is this car still around?

First of all - I would LOVE it if my car were the one...but sadly, mine has the 4-cyl and not the 2.7 liter 232 horsepower engine that is listed for the Pikes Peak Car.

If anyone has a copy of the FIERO Press Guide 1984 - 1988 by Thomas E. Bonsall (available from the Fiero Store), the press release about the Pike Peak Pace Car is on pages 216 - 221.

The description of the car is almost IDENTICAL to the press releases on the Indianapolis Pace Car.

Could the Pikes Peak Car be one of the 3 used on track at Indy (obviously not Indy 1), but what about one of the other two?
