I stopped by a Saturn dealer today to look at the SKY (Opel GT). IMO what a beautiful interior all around. Simple, sporty and elegant. Would be great to make molds for the Fiero.

I would look great EXCEPT for the fact that that interior (and the Solstice) is WAY too crampt compared to a fiero

I had the chance to sit in a solstice at the Lomdom show and didn't feel to cramped at all. Most complain about the hieght of the door sill ( to rest your arm on) but found it fine for me. Guess being 6'4" helps a bit but liked the feel over all. I prefer the style of the sky over the solstice, and noticed something while looking at 3 different solstice's (white, red, silver) everyone had a silver frame around the winshield.

Yeah, they stole that from Audi.....Chryselr stole it for their Crossfire, too. Why, I've no idea, I always thought it looked a bit odd

The seats look like they would be a perfect fit! I've seen the seats in and out of the car and sat in them too. Both the seatback and bottom are narrower than most seats, and the back is fair short. Plus the bottom frame looks like the Fiero tracks could bolt right on with minimal modification. Might have to check out eBay for some used seats. I'm curious if there are any and how much they are going for.

I also don't care for the chrome windshield header/pillar. IMO body color should be availible if you prefer it. And whats up with the huge silver shifter surround in the SKY! Wow does that stick out like a sore thumb! They should have used some more silver trim elsewhere or did the surround differently. But I could live with it
