Hi guys, I think I have something that is referred to as a short, so my horn and my radio went out. I look at my chilton's manual and I see that it's fuse #9. So I remove it and yes it's busted then I go to my local aut0z0ne and then buy a pack a fuses. As soon as I put them on, they blow off. I tried removing the battery cables, then putting in the fuse, but as soon as I put the cable back on it blows it immediately. SO I need to know if someone can help me with this, it'd be extremely appreciated as I don't have any tunes in my car, think of the injustice, i have to sing as in order to jam while in my bitchin' fiero.

Try pulling the horn relay out, that may help isolate the problem.

Okay so I did, a search and I think the relay is under the passenger's side dash correct? Gonna check that out, thanx for the reply.

It is most likely youe cigarette lighter - they get crap in them and short out. Lighter is on the same circuit as the horn and radio.

They really need to stop putting that auxillery power socket in the change holder
I had the same thing happen, except it was intermittant (popped when I hit a bump).
