I showed my brother-in-law this thread and he appreciated the compliments. He told me mine was a one-off and he will not make another one, however, if he were to sell one similar in size and complexity to it, he'd probably charge over $400. He also said there was A LOT of work that went into cutting out the design, something like 2-3 hours to cut it, plus assembly.
Also, my brother-in-law doesn't know how that guy is charging $30 for a sign, he was telling me the light itself costs almost that much.
As for making other fiero related light up signs, I don't think he's interested. He told me he doesn't have a source for the correct lights (mine is a fluorescent undercabinet light - with a piece of red acrylic for color) and more importantly, he doesn't have the time. Sorry.

You might want to try a blacklight tube in the fixture and see what it looks like...
