I've had it happen fairly often. I'll make a reply, and when I go to the thread, the reply isn't there, even tho I did get the "Thank you for posting" screen when I submitted it. Or, I will leave PFF for a few minutes, come back, and my last post won't be there, but it will show up if I click refresh. And, it's not just my reply that doesn't show up right away. Often, after refresh, anyone else who posted during this time will also suddenly show up after I refresh. I figured it's because I'm using an older version of IE, or because I had multiple windows open.
