Thats also really illegal. If you have ever done that, you would know that those bulbs are really bright. Let alone they aren't even the right colors...
There is no kit for you to purchase. Your best bet is to do the above, and then put your own lens in, or paint the bulbs... I wouldn't recommend painting the bulbs either.
