I did finally get mine out last week. It's not as fantastic as some of the others I've read about, but it is a first. I had to wait for it to show up, it's one of a kind and I hope he finds use for it.

Still haven't got mine though, (serves me right for taking so long to send mine out).

I just received mine. Actually, I feel bad about complaining that I hadn't received it. My Secret Santa was captinhowdy83, and apparently he is in Iraq fighing for us. His wife sent me the package on his behalf. (40 Year Old Virgin DVD). Great Movie, by the way. Thanks Erica and Dustin. I wish you the best and come home safely!

I haven't received mine yet, but I am patient especially given the circumstances with mine going out to the person I got it for.

Ryan, yours was sent out on Sat..........big clue to who sent it!!
John, I could have sworn that your Santa said he sent it awhile back, but I pm'd him just to make sure. Did you get my pm?
Janell, I pm'd yours too. He said he was going to send yours awhile back, so I'm checking on it.
Don, yours is having trouble with the company he ordered it from. But he just got it straightened out so hopefully it will be there soon.

My head hurts.........lol
Please, please, please, if you didn't send anything out, do it now!!!

I'm glad you got it finally! Was it still wrapped? The post office didn't have a big enough box and they told me it would be fine mailed as is - so I trusted them. Sorry for the delay - with moving it got held up a bit! Glad you liked it too. I was gonna get something more Fiero related but then saw that stuff and thought of you instantly - plus the plate is car-related :-). GO COLTS :-) (Since the Eagles and 49'ers are out!)

Just checking in to see if anyone else received theirs yet.

Janell did you get yours? It should have been there by now
Gecko did you get yours? Your santa said he mailed it the day before Christmas, he's having the Post office look into it. Please let me know when you do get it.
Hagster how about you? I'm guessing you didn't get it yet, but please let me know or post in here when you do receive it.

Cliff, your santa had it shipped to his house, then he will be mailing it to the address you gave me.

Jason and Don, you both have the same person. (big hint to who it is) It's not Electrathon
He said he's working on getting what he ordered to you, the order was lost and he thinks things are okay now.
Hopefully by this weekend or early next week you will get yours.

Anyone else not get anything?

I feel really bad that some of you didn't get your stuff yet. I hope like hell things get straightened out soon. Jason and Don, I'll pm him once again.

I just wanted to thank Dar agin for everything.. I received a REALLY NICE Fiero mousepad and ornament.. completely unexpected, and cool.. Thanks.

It's a shame this became a headache for her.. Seems like with something the "santas" volunteered for, that it would have gone more smoothly, and everything would have been sent/received with less "did you send it yet..... ". effort being necessary on her part. Thanks for everything, and for devoting so much time to this, I'm sure we all can't express how much we appreciate it.

Yeah I had the same problems last year with a few people but none of those "bad eggs" signed up again this year. Looks like we need to add to the naughty list if these people don't receive theirs...

Well my gifts just arrived and they are perfect for me. A set of Racing Pedals (something I almost always buy for my cars and hadn't gotten around to this time) and a leather Fiero keychain.

I am going to go out right now and install them and drive around some.

thank you Secret Santa

Gecko

"Nobody gets left out on my watch!" - quoted from Santa. I know it was the real Santa because of the ideal gift that arrived today. Something that I will use every day!!! Craftsman 14pc Socket Wrench Set!!!!!!

Now if I could get my wife to talk to Santa before buying the tie and Brut (she is annoyed now because I am running around the house doing the "Tim the Toolman" grunt since I got new tools )

I got the same thing! Then today I mosey out to the mailbox and something else unexpected showed up. I recognized the name but couldn't place it. Thanks alot Joe it's really cool and was worth the wait. (by the way it's a PFF 2006 calander).

I am really touched by the mysterious secret santa that sent the Craftsman set. I truely appreciate the thoughtfulness to do something like that. I look foreward to next Christmas to do something as nice to make up for it, as you were under no obligation to do it yourself. Kudo's to you. Thanks again. -Jason

No need to do that at all. I just didn't want anyone to be left out.

This morning I found out that someone was left out, AND IT WAS CLIFF HIMSELF!!!
If anyone wants to be nice and send him something, (I would but I'm broke right now and my daughters engine just blew up in her Fiero yesterday, so I'm going to try to scrape some money together to help her out) Please let me know. Pm me and I'll send you an address. His secret santa said he mailed it out a few weeks ago, but I guess it never showed up. I put a pm into him, but he's on the road right now.

Thanks guys/girls,

Dar

Nononononono!

Really, there's no need for that at all! I can live without a Christmas gift!

Besides, I'm sure the original gift will turn up someday.

I am glad that you finally got it. I really had no idea what to get you. All I knew was you liked tools and building things, and being I know nothing about tools, let alone what you have or don't already have, I figured I should pick something else you could build (in a way), and it would probably be a present different then anything you ever got before. I never had so much trouble sending a package before though, it probably bounced all around the USA. Luckily it wasn't something fragile.

Gecko, I think the package you bought traveled across country a few times!! Thanks for keeping on it and sending it.

I want to thank everyone for sending things out this year!! You don't know how much I appreciate it.

Thanks again all,

Dar
