Sorry I went through kenniwick but was actually driving to some town called Connell, my friend moved there, dont ask why, I dont see how people can stand it there. I need a Mcdonalds, It wasnt even a lil truck stop city, it was smaller. I'll hopefully be at the next NWFiero Fest show.

Ok so 24" wide, 15" tall, 2" deep, and 8" from bottom of hood.
I like it alot. I think it's perfect. Not too wide and def not too skinny. I've seen some that do it less than a foot wide, I hate it. No no radiator probs, but of courrse had to cut into spare tire wall area, but not into spare tire. That still fits fine.

hmm... when you measured 8" from the bottom of the hood, was it from the center?

The hood front is shaped like a V, and it kind of looks like you cut straight across (like I did), so that the edge of the vent is actually closer to the hood at the corners (like 7.5" or whatever) Is that correct? Or is it a uniform 8" from the edge of the hood everywhere?

Secondly, it kind of looks like after you cut the "outline" for the hood vent, you trimmed about an inch from the hood "flap" that folds down - is that correct?

Yes, the 8 inches is only from the center, I cut straight across, and yes I did trim a little back. It was too clase to radiator that way. Needed more air to get by.

Not sure what that whole test thing was about?

got it from ebay, but i wouldnt recommend buying from the seller rush 2228, it took almost a month, it seemed he lied about shipping it, cus tracking number said one thing, and he said another and shipping place said they never had the package to begin with, so idk, but it was the only one that came powder coated black, i didnt want a crome one, i like it.
