Does anyone know of a source and/or part number for the light socket that is used for the shifter and ash trays?

The one for my shifter has one of the ears broken off.

Thanks,

George

My car has them, maybe they were part of the TR9 Lamp Group? Either way most pointless place to put lightbulbs IMO

To the indy man:
I think everyone has them, they just burn out. My '84 doesnt have any of the optional lights, yet those are there.

The lighter can be replaced just by undoing the 2 torx screws on eather side of the lighter. Then the lighter socket comes out with 2 more screws. Should be pretty obvious there.

The ash tray bulbs can be replaced by unscrewing the shift boot, removing the trays and unscrewing the 4 screws beneath. Ta dah, the assembly cover comes off.
This would be aa good time to clean out those power window switches like nearly everyone's been meaning to do. Not to mention remove the junk that builds up under the shifter.
