The USPost Office has a new deal. They will supply you a box free 9x11x6 and you get a flat rate on shipping regardless of weight to anyplace in the USA.

That's been around for a while now. You can get unlimited free flat rate boxes, envelopes and labels from their website. Got a bunch a few months ago.

$7.70 for the boxes (regardless of weight) and $3.85 (I think) for the envelope. You can get a Fiero flywheel in the large box and ship it anywhere in the US for under $8. Such a deal.

Thanks for posting this. I shipped heads for a 2.8 out fedex once. They were small but heavy 65lbs for 2 heads I think. Next time I'll just use this way and not pay a fortune LOL

Dont think 2.8 heads will fit in the Flat rate boxes, they are good for alts, starters, ect. The bad thing is ppl get carried away with the flat rate shipping and start cramming to heavy of items in them and trying to ship them. Yes it is cheaper for the shipper but the buyer might end up with missing or broken parts. Just today I got in a L-67 Alt/starter crammed in one flat rate shipping box, the bottom was falling out and had no padding in it what so ever. They are good/cheap to use but you cant get carried away with it.
