Hey, i seem to have a thing for orange fiero's I have an 1986 GT that i bought and it is a metallic orange, although i have to get it repainted i am going to get it done the same color or slightly lighter/darker. Anyone have pics of orange ones?
There's a sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet aero notchback, it looks like a pearl orange with silver trim... Matthian has pics of it, hopefully he'll post 'em soon... it is SUCH a "drool-worthy" car.

All very nice cars above... I was thinking about the burnt orange/metallic orange that GM is putting most of its new cars, I think its called Sunburst Orange but I could be wrong. Its a pretty nice colour. Seen here on the new Solstice:
That Competition Orange looks like a dead ringer for the Flame Orange on my stock '72 Chevelle. I loved that color and think it would look good on a Fiero. Thanks for reminding me!
When you paint the black rubber moldings like many of the above cars, how does it stand up to dings? Is it always chipping off (but easy to touch up?) Do the painters use flex additive and paint the moldings separately?

I won't admit to my kind of paint mine is, let's just say ordinarily it's used on much bigger vehicles...
As far as the trim, I repainted it myself with Rustoleum Satin Black (the flat stuff looks chalky and the gloss is too much). It doesn't go on that smoothly so it took a few sand downs to get it right, but it's held up very well to everything from sunlight and heat to car wash scrub brushes.

I met Travis at a local show a couple of years ago (he's from GA, right?), before I even had a Fiero...he still around? I saw his car for sale in the local auto trader a couple months ago ( or one just like it).
This is the color that I am using for my car ,it is a one of a kind mix from Lamborghini and my paint man has the paint code recipie but it is very expensive at $280 a gallon but it is nice .

Hey, I see my Fiero! It's the pearl orange and silver SE that Chris (FieroRumor) posted above. Thanks for posting the pics Chris. That was a cool show, but a HOT day. I would have posted pics but I reformatted the PC and haven't downloaded PIP again yet.
Oh, and the color is a Lamborghini color, but from a different model than the one Akimoto posted.
That's my dream orange on the Lamborghini, saw one of those at the Dallas Auto Show a week before my car was to be painted school bus yellow and told them I'd changed my mind. The orange I actually got is the closest I could get for cheap... it's not as red as it looks in pictures, but not as pale yellow as I wanted.

The Orange on Silver Notchback with the 3.8SC that FieroRumor posted is probably the best looking fiero I have seen yet! Anyone know the colour? That would be tricky to find a powder coating to match the paint I would assume

I was just about to comment on how nice that looks.

That is "L.I. Fieros" 's Fiero. The pics that Matthian took do not do the car justice. It is simply amazing. So incredibly "new" looking. He has a build diary filled with pics of how he tore it down, designed the engine mounts, had the car painted, etc... He's a really nice guy, and I'm sure he'd respond if ya PMed him.

Color is called Yellowstone and I'd say it's yellow but it's got a lot of red in it and in some lights it looks more orange than anything...

Some people say mine is orange... Well actually, that's exactly what Pete said when he picked it up for me 5 years ago. He called me and said, "It's orange. . . .orange like a pumpkin. Do you still want it?" I'm still glad I said yes.
