Why is that when i try to set up PIP, and have to paste the url into the automatic configuration I get a error that states unable to find server. Some please help I really want to post some pics finally after being here over 1 year.

I am putting in : https://www.fiero.nl/fieroforum.pip like it says to on the intallation page for PIP. Even with the https://images.fiero.nl/pffimages it still give the server could't not be found message. Its really starting to make me mad.

I went to it but it brings up some german site I can't understant. I don't speak or read the language its written in.
