FYI: Bought this paint for a aftermarket glove box that wasn't close enough for me in color. I was so happy with how close it was to the lighter of the two colors that I used it to touch up the dings on my dash corners and it blended perfectly! I sprayed some in the cap and used an artist brush.

Thank You GOKART! My end caps look crappy and Iv'e been looking for the correct color myself. Thanks for doing all the homework.

So far, I have been using another type of spray paint that is close but it not quite the same. It's by Rustoleum and it's called "American Accents" Nutmeg Satin # 7942. I've used it on the speaker grills and on the plastic covers that cover
the seat frame sides. They came out pretty darn good...but Im going to try yours and see which better matches the original.

Thanks, Kit (86 GT)

Kit, I don't know if the lighter of the two colors in your 86 is the same as in 88's? If someone could verify! It would be nice if the color was standard in tan interiors but I think 88 beechwood is different?

Thanks for the warning Gokart...I had heard also that 88 brown interiors are slightly different. I am going to buy a can anyways just in case they are the same or even similar (it's worth the risk...) Heck, Krylon is only $2.84 a can at Walmart!

Thanks, Kit
