Follow-up to this thread: https://www.fiero.nl/forum/Forum1/HTML/049496.html How they look! Four coats of urethane on each side! Should have this project done by the weekend then I'll post pics intact in the car. I've got cup holders to attach to the shifter plate in place of the ash trays.

I'll be getting The Fiero Stores glovebox to go there soon I was thinking about trying to make one for the cig lighter plate. Maybe a 2x4 piece of oak and alot of routing!

It's all in and fits pretty good! I love the way it blends in with the beechwood interior
Here's the shifter plate. I was going to mount cup holders where the ash trays were but I like the clean look. Plus when I get The Fiero Stores glovebox I'm almost sure it has them on the inside door. Here's the heater/aux gauge plate. and the speedo plate.

Now make more and sell em. (but put the grain the other way.)
If you cad them out, you can probably get a machine shop to cnc them.
I like the ash tray delete too btw.
If you could cad them and send me the drawings I can write you basic G-code programs for all the pieces. Woul save you setup cost at the machine shop if you produced them.
I don't want a free set or anything, just want to help.

Thanks for the nice replies guys It took alot of patience and I'll be honest and tell you I screwed up a couple at first and had to start all over, but that was okay because their was plenty of wood in the 4X8 sheet for mistakes. I still have plenty left! I'll see if theres any machine shops in my area. I'm not too concerned about making a profit from this. The 4x8 sheet costed me $21.00 and I'm going to make out ahead by doing this..... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=6 763&item=7958240002&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW I can't believe it's up this high and I set the reserve at $50.00!

By putting the grain the other way do you mean left to right instead of up and down? The flip side had no grain.
If anyone wants to take this on for their own Fiero and has any questions PM me and I'll take you step by step.
