Less then you...

On a serious note, do a search.. There was one guy that I would give credit to if I could remeber that listed the weight on almost every fiero part... Anyone remeber this?

AWESOME!!! I never used the PFF search function before. Love it. Found the answer in two min.

Stock 15 inch wheels usually are around 17-18 LBs.

Thanks. ;-)

Paul Vargyas and I have talked about this for some time so we weighed two sets of 88 rims on his scale at his house. Front rims weigh 19LBs and the rears weigh 18. I kinda of expected the reverse but I guess the front wheels have a greater offset which ads to it's weight. Keep in mind that we tested 88 rims which are different in the front than the rear. The rear 88 rims are the same as the earlier year cars so it's safe to assume they all weigh 18LBs.
Can't weight to get my lightweight rims. <------spelled wait wrong purposely in order to make bad pun.

Very weird. Even with the different offset, I'd figure the 88 front wheels would be lighter because they're narrower.

I thought they would too but they weren't. Definitely surprised me too.

I have another question as well....I always heard the rear rims were wider than the front. My rims came off a stock '86 GT w/ a 5-speed, so it was a later model year mfrd car. All four honeycomb rims are stamped inside w/ 15"x7"x30.0. What is up w/ that?

Only 1988 Fiero's had different sized rims. All Fieros had differently sized tires on those rims...
