Go to any GM parts dealer and they can give you a few part #s, depending on year, make, and model. Or go to www.gmpartsdirect.com

Before you buy the 3.4 crate engine from GM, be aware that they will not warranty it if you install it in a Fiero with EFI, and it fails for any reason. It's sold and warrantied for carbed use only. I suspect that they would also use the holes that are necessary for the relocated starter as an "out", but I don't know that for sure.
Not to say that you will have any trouble, but I know of two cases where the EFI thing has been used to deny warranty claims.

I heard I could get a brand new 3.4 pushrod motor for $1200. That sounds like a good deal to me. But if it will be like 2,500-3,000 then I wouldn't spend my money on that motor. I would just spenda bit more and go with the TDC.

Even though there have been reports of this voided warranty thing I would still trust these to be exceptionally good engines. Nothing beats a new engine in my opinion. I would not let this warranty thing deter me from buying one.
I have also heard these are a limited stock item. Sometime in the future these will be all sold and no more will be produced.

This is from the second link I posted, they mention the fiero by name: "Many people have asked if this engine can be swapped into Fieros and the biggest problem here is that the starter motor boss is on the wrong side of the block on the 3.4 to be used in a Fiero. This engine will not work in any front wheel drive applications either." This is another thing to remember if you get a 3.4. You will have to relocate the starter motor mounting holes. I think Rodney Dickman was working on a tool to do just that.

$1200 sounds like a reman long block. A long block is the basic block, crank, cam, pistons, and complete heads. A crate engine is usually intake to oil pan.
Tired of that tired 2.8 V-6 in your S-truck ? It's time for a major upgrade, GM Performance Parts style. The HT 3.4 is a bolt in replacement for the 2.8 V6 in your 1982 - 1985 pickup or Blazer. And it's emission legal in 49 states (Yes, you guessed it, California said no.) But for the rest of us, the HT 3.4 is the best thing going. With 160 horsepower and 194 Ft. Lbs. of torque your truck will feel better than new, and tow better than ever. The heads have large 1.72" intake and 1.42" exhaust valves and combustion chambers that yield a healthy 9 to 1 compression ratio. The camshaft is a high lift, short duration design, developed to produce lots of strong low end torque and mid range horsepower. With .427" intake and .454" exhaust lift, the cam ensures a strong pull to 5000 RPM. Doesn't sound like your 2.8 V6 at all, does it? It isn't, when GM Performance Parts develops an engine we focus on making power. But not power for the sake of power, but power where you need it. For great drivability, towing performance and maybe even a little off road fun. The HT 3.4L, a serious upgrade for your favorite little truck. With 40 more horsepower than your 2.8 V6, why would you even consider rebuilding that old 2.8? The induction system, ignition system, exhaust, emission controls, water pump and other parts required to bolt in your new HT 3.4 are already on your truck. Sounds like a weekend project.

I didn't mean to imply that these engines are junk. Just be aware that if you get one that breaks, even if you did nothing wrong, you are on your own. (That still just chaps my posterior. Denying warranty because it was used with EFI is total bullsh!t.)
Jstricker posted a detailed explanation of his experiences in this regard. If I can find the link, I'll post it.
