I have begun gutting the interior of the ZR-2 to redo it. I plan on using an aftermarket steering wheel but they don't list Fiero in the section for mounting hubs (Big surprise..... NOT)

What other cars use the same mounting hub can I look for to get the wheel mounted?

Thanks

It's the same as the Pontiac 6000, I believe.

If Im not mistaken there is only 1 possiable 2 listed for pontiac. Last time I checked Grant offered 1 and it would work on the fiero.

The column used in the Fiero is a generic GM column used in almost every other GM car of that era, so the standard adapter for GM should work.

^ What they said

Grant offers 2 different steering wheel hubs that fit the Fiero. One is 1" thick and has a 3 bolt pattern (model 3196). The other is 2" thick and has a 5 bolt pattern (model 5196). So make sure the hub's bolt holes match the steering wheel before you buy.

thanks for referring me to you thread Max The Chainsaw....missed this one.

i checked the MOMO wheels, no fiero adaptor listed. i did find one a autozone but they don't have much of a selection for wheels. they carry pilot or something like that. i want a "D" shape wheel. anyone have any web links?

I've got a grant Gt wheel that i picked up from autozone before they changed to pilot brand. I got the adapter there as well. Sorry can't remeber part #'s but i think the mid 80's gm steering wheel mounts were all alike.
