Welcome to six months ago.

This has been posted many times before. No big deal though, you're relatively new.

My question is why the hell are they listing the 84SE as the Fiero of choice when they should have used and 88GT/Formula...

I mean i'm happy they at least put the car in the game, but yeah I was surprised they didn't put in the 88 Formula or just any of the 88's seeing as they are the most desired & liked ones(and I think best in mechanical & other areas). Also another thing i'm glad to see non-fiero related is a 02' WS6 Trans Am, one of the cars I plan to buy in the long future and keep(I also want a fiero to keep also lol). Either way I can't wait till I get GT4.

I think they just want to make the Fiero look worse then it already does in public eyes. Or let those dang rice burners think that all Fieros are easy to kill. LOL that could be good or bad for some of us. Good if your a V-8 monster, or 3800SC. Bad if you have a mildly moddified V-6 like me.

i know in gt3 there is some moddign you can do to your engine and suspension, other than that and rims there wasnt too much custimization. But maybe there will be some more options for customization in this one.

The whole game is about modding the engine, suspension, and brakes of the various cars. If you want a game about adding body kits and fart cans get Need For Speed: Underground. That game is all about rice.

throwing a big block in the fiero in that game would probably get you the same as turboing a stock miata in GT3... nothing but spinouts on the corners

No, YOU just don't know how to drive. let's race head to head in the same car, I'll own you. it's all about control, that and the fact that i learned what suspention settings work perfect for that car.

interesting updated info here, not about the Fiero itself, but the game. 650+ cars sounds like they can squeeze the fiero in somewhere

What would be interesting is if you could buy the racing body kit like in grand tourismo (the first one). IMSA with a sd4 . Sweet

Hey carbon you forgot the evo I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, and probably A IX. Don't even get me started on the skylines jeez.

I agree lets talk about this post instead of drooling over our own dreams for a sec. Is it going to be in the game or not? Rather not get all my hopes up for nothing...post some info, not frantic ideas your having about driving a virtual fiero.

The newest list at IGN has also dropped the Fiero. But they're only showing 3 Pontiacs at the moment, and the list is nowhere near complete.

BRING IT Carbon, BRING IT!!!!!! :P

All i should say is that the vehicle dynamics in GT3 (though good) ARE NOT a close representation of what a real car will do under the conditions that it presents. Like the Miata, turbo it all you want, it still shouldn't handle like you're driving on butter. The ohter thing is that there's a quirk in the game that controls your steering input on hard turns with the regular controler, it's supposed to be pressure sensative, but in those cases, it isn't. that's why i have the force feedback wheel, it brings things much closer to realistic reactions and feel, oh and you have to have everything set to simulation or it won't work right.

who cares if the ffiero isnt' in GT4. It wasnt' taht great of a performance car to begin with. It was made for 4 years and was easily forgetton about especially in japan.

IF gt4 wanted to make an accurate representation of the fiero in this game, it would catch fire at the starting line. Sorry but 84's were prone to that. Can't hide the truth.

If the fiero isn't in it big deal. Choose an Mr2 almost the same.

I cant' belive some people are crying because a Fiero isnt' going to be in a video game. That just sounds so lame.

Actually the buttons are pressure sensative i can drive around the test course with the directional pad and not constantly bump the button a million times a second, and try accelorating and moderate the pressure you apply and you will notice you can drive part throttle.

Yeah the buttons are like off, 3/4, full throttle.. wheee. Not enough to do much. I drive with the analog stick anyway. You must like thumb torture if you used the d-pad.

If you have the wheel then there is no possible way I could keep up. That thing owns GT3. I want one.
