i have been a proud member sence july 2002 and i finaly just hit the 1000 post mark!! yyyaaaayyyyy!!!!!!

still have no ratings guage

i starded with just a 1985 fiero 2m4 SE auto with 189,000 miles, that mom got from a junk yard in crap condition for my first car, she picked it up for a measly $400. i got that car on july 27, 2001, the license came on august 28, 2001. that car broke down almost every two weeks religiously. i learned how to fix her, beginning my obcession. i havent taken her to a shop sence i first got her. she currently has 219,000 original unrebuilt miles.
than on october 15, 2003 i picked up my 1987 GT auto with 134,000 miles. she was in danm-near mint condition, but the #4 exhaust spring had grenaded taking the cam, lifter, and pushrod with it; so the guy dumped her on me for $800, and i was more than happy to take it off of his hands.
in november of that year a buddy wercked his 1987 SE auto with 54,000 miles, so i took it off of his hands for $950. i drove it home on november 22, 2003.
in january i descided that the SE's frame was too bent to try to save, so i pulled the motor out, and installed it in to my still non-running GT. i got it in completely unassisted, and it was on the road on january 15, 2004. i was/am so proud.
the GT is my current daily driver, and last week she rolled over 140,000 miles on the chassis, 60,000 original on the drivetrain. the only real mod i have done is add an engine viewing window on my decklid (pics in the link in my sig).
the 2m4 is currently just a bare frame awaiting the frame reinforcements so the top can come off. she will be a one of a kind custom removeable chopped hardtop convertible roadster, sporting a custom one peice front clip, one peice rearward opening rear clip, and vertical doors. i am very excited about that project!
the 87 SE currently sits in a field, as a parts car. any one want it? free come get it lots of good parts. PM me if interested.
sorry i just had to announce it, we now return you to your regularly scheduled program.
