a while ago my front emblem got ripped off... it was gold with a bit of red i remember.

the fierostore sells them but only in silver and black.

what years had the gold one? i liked mine.

if anyone has one they want to sell me.. leave a post!

84-85 had the gold. 86-88 had the silver.

It probably was missing at some point before you had it, and got replaced with a gold one.. *Correct me if I'm wrong*, but aren't the gold emblems slightly smaller than the silver ones? It sounds like the bases got swapped too, so silver wouldn't fit anyway...

You're right, the gold is smaller than the silver or the GT emblems.
