Has anyone ever seen clear valve covers? I was just thinking it would be kinda cool, especialy with a Twin Dual Cam engine. Why not just chop off the top of a valve cover, tap it, and apply some type of gasket, they just bolt on a piece of clear material that will take the heat.
Im sure theres a reason this hasnt been done, maybe it would be too hard to see through a oil covered piece of glass. I dunno. Let me know what you think

The oil would obscure it I would imagine. Holden had a lexan show engine years ago that the whole engine was see through. Looked cool.
