Was thinking about buying Pisa Gt tail lights panel (not the lights) . Does anyone have pics of them? Or are there other companies that have the same GT tail light panel?

What are the pros and cons? Are they easy to install? Can't you mold them in?
thanks madcurl

here ya go curl

but from what i've heard that one piece that is mentioned above is really nice.. if i was to redo mine that is what i'd go with it, and from the pics i've seen of you GT i'd go with it for sure on yours.. I like the Pisa pieces on mine but they were there when i bought it (downside) is that it doesn't use the orginal holes for mounting factory lights and the one piece does.

madcurl----if you want, I can show you the panel that I bought from Ken Hines. It was removed and replaced with NO modifying of the panel. I have pic of the panel before painting and pics of the back side to show what Ken's workmanship is like. PM me and I will e-mail you some pics.

I'm currently fabricating some 355 1 peice tail lamps. The ones I bought from fibersmith did not align right. It was warped at the corners and there was a huge gap at the bottom. The ones from kahines are costly but looks good. I guess you have the money for that. You should get 1 peice.

Most people that complain about the Pisa lights complain about it being two piece.
Twin Lakes Fiero sells a one piece item now and the fit is excellent!
Twin Lakes Fiero's web site: www.twinlakesfiero.com
And/or Bobs email: fierobob@localline2.com
Here's an unpainted sample picture that was taken early in the year when he first started making them:

Hey guys, thanks for the pics. Okay I have several questions:

1. For those who have the molded ones, are you able to get to the lights if there should be a problems.....such as: A light blows out?
2. For those who have the molded ones, what actually holds the part in place? Is it the lights? Or is it a combination of the two?
3. I called Pisa about the ones Kameokid has. Pisa stated there are only (2) types w & w/o reverse lights. But I wanted the ones with the oval shape, simular to the Corvette style (don't know what year. Has any one put different style lights instead of the circular ones?

I like Kameokid's lights w/ the built-in reverse lights and Foxgarfiero's reverse located in the stock reflective area of the bumper.

madcurl---The panel was bought from Ken Hines--installed with NO modifying.
Just unscrew the two screws that hold the lens in place and change the bulb.

The b/u lights were bought from
Expressdistributing.com
7949 Mission Gorge Rd.
Santee, Ca 92071
(619) 258-8237

They required a tiny amount of trimming at the four corners to slide in place. No biggie.
The price was $27.95 plus sipping to Miami.

And last, exactly were is your car located now? Any place near me?

Okay, I'm going with the hines kit. Now whats the price?

For LT188GT
My car is in Tampa,FL. near Tampa air port. If you're in Miami then your over 75-100 miles easy?
I left their phone number on the Northstar thread, talk to Ian or Noah. I hope this helps. I dont know the exact location due me only being there once. But its not far from the Tampa airport. Since the Lambo hinges have been fabricated for the Fiero now.....all those who want the kit, now wins.

I'm picking it up in a few days? If ever thing goes well? If not I'll be at the Daytona Fiero Show?
Oh yeah, the rear lights are not going on the Silver choptop...its for the other Fiero.

Try the above link for the other style Corvette tail light. Frank Martin has a set on his car.

Does the cost of the panel, "$289.00 I think it said" include the lights too?

madcurl----I talked to Ken on the phone when I was interested in the panel. Sorry but I do not have his number anymore. I e-mailed him asking for his phone number and that is how I got it.
If I can be of help with anything including pics of the BACK side prior to installation plus info on how they get mounted, please e-mail or PM me for the info. Check my profile for the e-mail.

I can not say anything bad about Ken's panel.
