Hello Cheever, your right we lowered the front by cutting 2coils off and the rear by 3/4 coil. Ride is not harsh and you may not want to go that low whatever you prefer. thanks Norm.

I'm not sure if it's the colour or the style of the hood or even a combination of both, but when I look at this setup it kind of gives me the impression of how the Fiero might have been styled if it was designed today. The more I look at it the more it appeals to me. Great work!

Why is it that people that do custom front ends, ruin the great design by 'forgetting' about the trim? If the rest of the car was shaved, it would be nice, but with the trim just left, its kind of bla..
I think Norm should have left the front markerlight/trim piece onto his NEW front end. His current light setup just looks so out of place, along wiht the trim on the fender.
But its just an opinion.... Like Mustangs, almost everyones got one...

Hey Falcon Fiero, $rich$ got me thinking about fliping up the rear too. Ive been looking into just that, however to do it I would raise it up in one piece with a flowing slotted rear window with the same lines as the GT stlye rear allowing you to be able to see the engine yet still covering the trunk area. This would be compatible with any fiero allowing a notchback(nothing against them)to be converted to a GT. Of course this costs a lot of money and time as did the front end to do such as making a pattern then molds and finally prototypes for fit, give me some feed back. thanks again, Norm.

Hello, the black is painted on with vinly paint can be body color, thinner or clear the choice is yours to make as are any changes you would like to make. The advantage of the front tilting besides being easier access to your radiator, spare tire, battery and toothbrush is that it can be one piece taking almost a 100 lbs off the weight of the car these fieros are heavy enough, the entire clip weighs 4lbs more than the stock hood alone. The metal that is trimmed away is not structural and does not reduce the integrity of the chassis. Love your comments, thanks Norm.
