Would you by chance have a pic of what youre talking about?

I dont have a pic but they were advertised in their adds...Its a deck lid scoop that comes over the side instead of over the roof

What do you do for engine compartment heat ventilation with those scoops? Heat is supposed to come OUT of the vents, and those scoops will force air back in. Cooler air, yes, but there's nowhere for the hot air to go unless you give it another place to vent.

That car belongs to DarkWing on this forum. He's in the San Antonio (TX) area. He claims the engine does not run any hotter with those.

That pic was taken at the first Ruckus last year. Yours Truly is in the background getting posts out of the CheeverMobile.

Don't the a pic on me, but I know what you are looking for. I'd like a pair of those, too. Look like they are peeking out from the sides, pretty slender...

The Cutters of [A.C.E.] originaly did these and FOCA also sold them. They had electric fan options for cooling. ACE and FOCA both are missing at this point.
Might keep en eye on out on the net for used ones, these scoops were out as far back as 1994.
