The center "red" piece is the actual wing. The 2 "red" things on either side are handles so you can push the car when it breaks down.

So did I get right????(hehe)

It should not make you sad. IT is a full blown race car so everything has a purpose. They did not just slap a ton of stickers and a big wing on it :-)

Maybe I am missing something... but.. ummm... how is that "rice"?

I would put money on it that everything on that car is functional and for a purpose, not to mention, I don't think that car will be on the street driving around.

It may look like crap, but so do rail/funny cars. Sometimes you sacrifice looks for functionality.
