Spice Engineering in England made them and the cars ran in the IMSA GTP class. I have a side view pic when they raced at Road America in the late 80's. It's a nice 8X10 taken by Gargoyle back then.

one was on EBay last year minus drivetrain. Think it went for about $2500 with some spare body parts. One has been at Mid Ohio a couple of years running in the Vintage Gran Prix in June. Maybe itll be back next year.
I printed the auction and it was just the body with a lot of extra parts from works car #001, "No frame, no wheels, no motor". It was located in Portland, OR and was sold to an ebay ID of mjdeahl for $3151 on 9/8/01.
Hmmmm fiero huh, any wanna tell me what parts my car and that one share? Maybe a bolt or something?? I dunno mine has 4 tires and so does that one hmmmmm.

The Entech Fiero had the Bored out 2.5 Iron Duke engine! So they both had the same powerplant except the entech had a little more horsepower like over 200 more hp.

Oreif is correct in that Spice built the cars. Entech, of Michigan, was just the primary sponsor of one of them, much like AT&T was on another. FWIW, other sponsors included Listerine, Hawaiian Tropic, Cannon, & Jiffy Lube.
Anyone want to try and contact Spice Enginering? I have part numbers for the car pieces ...

That is correct, he had already sold the chassis to another person. That person wanted $7000 for the chassis and a partial drive train.

Actually the Spice/Entech Fiero had a 3.0L SD4 with 330hp. (I think it did have the 16-vavle head.) The 2.5L in a production Fiero and the SD4 are different engines. The SD4 was a heavy duty Iron Duke built for racing only. The SD4 came in 2.5, 2.7, and 3.0L engines. It was in the original pace car with 232hp. There was even an alchohol fueled dragster that had 550hp SD4 mounted in the front.
