Are those cars any fast? Any opinions? And can you drift with them since they use the FR setup?

The conquest is the Dodge version of the Mitsubishi Starion truly the ancestor to the turbo eclipse, it is powered by a turbo 2.6 TBI which I dont know a lot about, but if you swapped in a 4G63, it would be pretty bad ass

Yea I was just curious, my father keeps telling me it used to be fast car with the turbo. It also has that Front engine rear wheel drive setup thats perfect for drifting...similar to the old corolla AE86.

The early Conquest/starion say pre 85.5 are non intercooled and 160ish hp. 85.5 and up started having intercoolers, bigger turbos, 5 lugs wheels, LSD's and the wide body style for the TSI/ESI-R. Final HP was 188 and 235ftlbs. Typical TSi/ESI-R's run mid 15's.
These cars usually had very long options lists and alot of neat features. They are not reliable and have alot of electrical issues mostly with the fuel injection.
The 4g63 swap is popular and the v8 swap is too.
I built the car pictured below about 2 yrs ago. Its a 406/TH350. Fun car!
