I bought new ones from the Fiero store cause my keys wouldnt unlock the door, lock tumbler was messed up, anyone have a how to on how to do this?

Taking the old ones out is the easy part. Take the inner door panels off.
Disconnect the locking rod from the cylinder back and pull the clip holding the cylinder against the door frame out. After that it should just about fall out. The hard part is getting that clip back in with the new lock cylinders.

i just door the inner door panel off, then the door skin, got them done in less than an hour

Adam;
I agree with GTFIERO1s post. Remove the outer door skin, then the inner panel and you will be able to do the job quickly. You need a special pop rivet gun to install the rivets on the bottom of the door. I have one and so do some of the other members in the Phx area. Send me a note and we will get you hooked up with someone near you with the tools. The clips which retain the molding will probably break but they are available from the local dealer. If the parts guy can't help let me know and I will send you the part number.
