I just wanted to introduce myself to you guys because I plan on participating in these forums for as long as I keep my beautiful new Fiero. I purchased it yesterday and it is in great shape. The guy had a new paintjob on it two years ago, he stores it in the winter, the engine was rebuilt 10,000 km ago, performance exhaust, tinted windows, but no rims oh well I'll save up for those.
I'm 17 so if I happen to ask questions that seem obvious to experienced members, please don't treat me like an idiot. As soon as I pick the car up on Thursday I'll make sure I get pictures.

Just goes to show the timelessness of the Fiero. People who weren't even born or who were too young to remember the car when it was new still find it appealing.
Well I am NOT 17 but want to welcome you anyway. It is nice that younger people can enjoy something older then, lets say, 10 days old. Around here it appears that if something is older then lasts weeks news it just can't be any good.
Again welcome and we would never treat you like an idiot. As always ... SEND PICTURES.

i just wanna say without the older members (and by older i mean more experenced) we would be nothing but another forum of the blind leading the blind. where everybody was in competition, and nobody truly helped anybody else.
i think that the variety in the age here is great. you can get perspective from anybody, at any age, anywhere.
i learn somthing new almost everytime i sign on. SO keep an open mind and take in everything in that you can. future fieroists are depending on us!!!

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. It seems that you are all very mature, and I'm glad that I chose a car with good natured fellow owners, no matter what the age. About pictures, as soon as I pick up the car I will have pictures, and I'm working on a new website. For now, if you look at ARKaiser's car in his sig, mine is pretty much the same except it is two toned. My car is a red SE with the bottom painted black.

Hey hey, I was born one month before my 86 fiero so I was actaully born before it was made. The fiero is too cool for us cool young poeple to not drive. I mean we stand out unlike all the rich kids with camaros or mustangs. Edited for something I forgot I had 100lbs of sand in my trunk, doesnt lower the car. ------------------ N*,13" stoppers, 18s, completely rebuilt, oh yea and this:

Woo, I guess I can count my blessings that I was born just at the dawn of the Fiero! he he. I'm turning 19 in about two weeks, still don't have my Fiero yet. Gotta sell that Bronco I've got sitting outside first! Good thing my ad goes up for it on Wednesday the second. Say, anyone need something to haul a trailer-queen around?

I was 7 when my car was sold. That makes me 24 if you didn't want to do the math I remember the Fieros coming out, and loving the look of them right from the start. I built a model of one when I was young, and had a couple Fiero toy cars. I didn't really think of them until I moved into a new neighborhood and my neighbor had a sweet 88GT. The rest is history. It didn't take too long to go shopping.
Anyway, welcome to the forum. No one will treat you like an idiot. Well....maybe

Welcome to the forum! Seventeen with a Fiero eh? I guess we all know where your money will be going... A little for the Fiero, a couple bucks for the girls, a little more for the Fiero...
Fieros seem to have a way of accumulating like empty soda cans. I hope your parents are understanding
